So i was stuck in traffic yesterday and I noticed my dashboard display near the clock said WNE. Then this morning it went between WNE/NES/ESW multiple times during a 10 minute drive. Both times this happened the other display said the passenger airbag was disabled. I'm not sure if this is the oil consumption problem stated in the other thread....because i recently started hearing the the rattling noise as well, but anyone know what the aconyms on my display mean?
well, everyone is allowed to be a noob 1 time in their life, this is mine...in all honesty i haven't even had a chance to look at the manual since i got the car.
Any idea of the rattling noise or the passenger airbag all of the sudden reading disabled?

but still, the compass shouldn't read WNE/NES/ESW....how the hell can you be going somewhat west, somewhat north, and somewhat east at the same f***ing time? WNW makes sense, ENE even....but WNE/NES/ESW are physically impossible. Sounds like your compass might be broke.

WNE
THE PHUCKING ARROW IS IN THE MIDDLEEEEE. SOOO that means hes going NORTH. If he turns left he will be going WEST and if he turns right he will be going EAST.. S is not shown unless makes a turn.. SOUTH is behind him.
For instance.. it states WNE.. arrow is in the middle because hes going north.. me makes a left turn and starts heading WEST.. the compass will then put the W in the middle and it should read SWN.... If he turned right instead and started heading EAST the E would be in the middle and should read NES (nintendo entertainment system).
and thats your explanation
