To polish or not to polish

Ok i just scooped up an Arc Ti ball style shift **** from the market place. I love the satin look to it, but the other day i was holding a water bottle and some of the condensation got on the **** making it wet (leave the homo/sex jokes out of this lol NO HOMO!!!) I liked the way it looked, and this is the way it would look polished. Now my question is, would u guys go ahead and polish a 140$ shift **** or just leave it the satin finish that it is. I love it both ways!

Polish is hard to keep maintained, if you are up for it then do it. Your car

If you polish it you will lose the burnt coloring and have to have it reburnt

I wouldn’t be concerned about polishing just because it’s a $150 dollar item... if you like the looks of it a certain way, by all means do it!

I painted a carbon fiber engine cover because I can’t stand the way CF looks (but the shape of the cover is what I needed)... I have a chrome oil catch can that will be chemically stripped and powered coated or painted - again, I like the can, but don’t like shiny **** on/in my car... I did some stuff to the tails that most people wouldn’t bother with, but it’s the way I like it… the list goes on and on…

It’s what modding is about - So make it look they way you are happy...

then your head would fall of if you knew how much I've spent for some things... And I'm sure there are others that would make your entire body explode if you knew what they spent...
