Am I getting a good deal - also need explaination of fees

Take a look at the deal I made below on a G35xS lease and let me know if it is reasonable. Also would someone explain the fees at the end? What are they and are they crap or legit? The dealer is in Kansas City, Mo.

2008 Infinit G35xS
Body Color: #1: Garnett Ember (red), #2: Black Interior color: Wheat
Optional Packages: Premium, Sport & Navigation

39 month lease:
w/ 22K miles per year: $596.00
w/ 25K miles per year: $621.00

Details:

List: $41,330
Final price (Cap Cost): $38,536
Residual: 57%
Money Factor: 0.00184

Drive off fees:
Administration fee: $249.00
Acquisition fee: $595.00
First Payment: $621.00
License Fee: $750.00
Tax: $47.00
________________________
Total: $2,241.00

Thanks for the help.

What is an acquisition fee? Is that the same as a destination charge?

I am also confused as to what a License fee is. Is it to register the car with the state? What is a typical license fee amount? Do you think they are trying to pad in some extra money?

Acquisition fee is normal, it's basically a charge to start up the loan, a fee that the lender typically charges. This varies from $300 - $800 depending on the bank.

Admin fee is BS, ask them to detail out what you're getting for the admin fee, I would find a dealership that doesn't charge and admin fee.

License fee should be what you pay the state to get tags for the car in Illinois it's something like $120 (I could be wrong, but it's definitely NOT $750).

Furthermore, you should be able to better on the capitalized cost of the car. Edmunds "True Market Value" puts that car at around $37K, you're paying about $1.5k too much.

Contact us, we can do much better, but do it before end of month, rates changing dramatically.

Please advise on the insight that you have on the rates changing dramatically. I thought that information wasn't published until close to the prior month end (i.e. September money factors and residuals won't come out until late August).

Additionally, with the 2009 G37 Sedans coming out in October, I would think that there would be more incentives in September to clear out 2008 inventory (i.e. more potential market support). Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this for me.

Damn How is your Credit? and can you go longer then 39 Months to lower your payments? and also do you have to have a New one? have you tried Ebay or auto-trader to find better deals? I got my 04 G35 Coupe off Ebay for $15,000 still under factory warranty till 2010 with only 60,000 miles on it and i am financing it for 60 months my monthly is around like $290. But if you like getting a dick in your *** then take that deal.
