1. I have to keep reminding myself it's seven years old, and it's just a car. I am WAY WAY too OCD about this car. I don't know what it is, but there is something about it that I just love. Unfortunately, no one else thinks this car is 7 years old.

2. Because of item 1, I got a beater. I replace things that aren't even on the PM schedule. Excessively recondition too many parts to mention. It's an illness. I got paranoid leaving it parked where I couldn't see it. All for a 7 year old, 95k mile car...
