Just to let everyone know, I finally received my shift boot and shift **** back in the mail. I got them on Friday afternoon. I was quoted 1 - 2 weeks (it was a special order for a product that was not offered) and it ended up taking 6 weeks...

Quality is good, the material is nice and the boot fits well. The stitching color didn't quite match the **** I sent in... which is kind of disappointing....But my biggest gripe with the whole process was the communication - I don't feel like ShiftStyle was out to screw me or anything, but I never know what was going on, never knew when my stuff was coming, and didn't get prompt replies to my emails. Sometimes I didn't even get a reply.

All in all I think the product is good, I give it a B+, but a huge F in communication.

does anyone have a pic of the actual shift boot before being installed? i got mine last night and i noticed the shape of the boot is not symmetrical. one of the sides is straight and the bottom is straight but the other long side is rounded (seems longer) is it suppose to be like this?

You know you could probably have this made by your grandmother if you purchased the supplies, they do have templates you can buy and also if needed just take off your current shift boot and copy.

That's really nice, and it is pretty cool that the stitching matched your steering wheel! Rock on!

yeah for me i noticed that the boot was too long both top and bottom.. but i ended up cutting about 1-2 inches off the bottom. it's really snug now.. but i think if the top was trimmed about 1-2 inches would be perfect.

all in all i love the look of the boot freakin awesome. i'll try to get some pics of it up.

Weird, we cut the pattern from the original factory boot.

If for some reason there is a little extra hanging over the edge, it's pretty easy to just trim it if necessary.

How does it look installed? Can you post a photo.

Thank you again
