Car stumbles on hot starts

I have an 03 coupe 6mt and when I start the car after its already warmed up the RPM's drop really low. It will drop so low that every once and a while the car will actually stall. There is no check engine light that comes on. The battery is less than a year old. I did try disconnecting the battery and letting it sit for a while and let warm up on its own but it still does it. Anyone else had this problem? On a cold start it has no problems. It seems to run fine otherwise and isn't noticeably down on power.

you prolly need to do a idle air volume realearn, thats what happened to mine i disconnected the batt for an hour then when on warm start-ups it would go low or sometimes stalled out, so i used the COnsult II and did it and every thing was fine just take it to nissan or infiniti dealership. dont know how much would that cost.

Is this something that can be done with a regular obd 2 scanner? The dealer wants 130 to even look at it and didnt give me a good answer as to if this what your saying could just be the problem. All they said is "yeah something is wrong with your car". I would be more willing to spend that money on an obd2 scanner that hooks into a laptop so i could even monitor engine vitals if i need to then giving it to the dealer for a few minutes of work.

Shouldnt take no longer than 15 min to perform idle re learn is easy to do with consult 2 but sometimes it wont take it and youll need the new throttle body but 95% of them take the re_learn

I had the same issue and the shop foreman at my dealer did the air idle relearn for free and I haven't had any issues with it since.
