Ok so I am just begining my process on wanting to purchase a new 08 G37 coupe.

1st0 I know there are 3 different model. What are the major/main differences between the 3.

2) How much should I expect the dealer to take off. What prices have you guys been paying for these rides? has it been like 2-3k off the sticker/msrp or more?

Ive only delt with buying used cars in my pass and have gotten a 2-4k knocked off the prices I always do the KBB homework. So what do you guys think is a good price to pay for either of the 3 models?

Also what can I have the dealer throw in as far as oil changes & lifetime packages & stuff like that?

Good price to pay is sticker. Don't expect $3k off MSRP on a new car. New and used are completely different.

And for future reference, KBB doesn't buy cars.

Good luck whatever route you choose!

I'd say 35k for a no option 37 sport model is pretty fair.

for an sport/tech pkg./4was/premium, thats about 5-6k off sticker. for an 08, that sounds reasonable.

I talked the dealer down to 29,000 for one with just prem package. I also got them down to 34,000 for prem, tech, sport and nav. They arn't selling right now, have a price in mind that is low and if they dont take your offer then leave, they will keep calling you making more deals, trust me. This is the time to buy if your looking to buy a new car. GO GET'EM!

wow, even carsdirect.com right now has the 2008 Coupe S w/ MT @ 33,599

I am guessing it will depend on how many are left on lots they can find, and yes that is w/ no packages at all, but at least it is a starting point of $3,400 off MSRP...

The AT Journey is (stripped) @ 33,095...

Be aware that 4WAS while making corners a LITTLE easier, adds a couple hundred pounds to the car. I wouldn't get it.
