So I took of my OEM wheel to take it in to get re-finished. I pull the spare out just so the car wont be sitting on a jack while the wheel is gone.
Spare doesn't clear the calipers. WTF!? My first thing I hate about my car. dammit...
Just a rant. No big deal.
Anyone else get pissed when they first encountered this?
Sorry if its a repost.

Are you sure it won't clear the caliper? Or is the bolt on the rotor that prevents the rear wheels from being put on the front getting in the way? There should be a hole on the spare that you have to line up with that bolt
Don't feel bad, your not the first or the last to run into this.......
Happened to me a few years back the first time I tried to put on my winter tire set up......Could not get the fronts on......Took me a second to figure out you need to remove that bolt/bushing.....
They put that on so you can not put the OEM rear rims/tires on the front.
The fronts have a space to accept the bolt, but the rears do not.

It happens to everyone at one point or another. I bet you are so relieved now that you know the wheel fits.
