Having issues with the windshield wipers. They will not come on immediately when I turn the switch and then they go across fast, like I was using the washer feature then get stuck at different positions on the windsheild.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

Some quick background, My ECU got wet about a week ago but everything else has been working fine since it dried out. The winshield wiper issues appeared prior to the ECU getting wet.

Faulty wiper switch maybe.
