I just want express my appreciation for the professional workers at EverythingG35 and the way they conduct business. I spoke to Chris and Leon, both very professional and gave me direct answers to my concerns.
About 2 Fridays ago I had ordered a front chin spoiler and touch up paint and was told that it would have to be ordered from their warehouse and would take 2-5 business days it to get to them and than shipped out. I let 5 business days go by and was starting to get worried as they have received payment from me already. I gave the the benefit of the doubt and just emailed them on Monday, no answer. I sent another email on Tuesday and still no answer. So I called today, Wednesday, and was given an answer that the lip took longer than they expected and that it had just arrived. Leon said he would email me the tracking number as soon as it has been shipped out. Hours later... nothing, so I called back and he said that he was going to email the shipping dept for the tracking number and email me as soon as he gets an answer. An hour later, I have received the tracking number and it seemed to be shipped expressed in 3-4 days, I am anticipating its arrival on saturday as stated.
Once again, thank you to the staff at EverythingG35 which is Infiniti of Scottsdale in Arizona.

So basically they didn't ship your item for 5 days then they didn't answer you back when you asked them questions and eventually he shipped it out and gave you a tracking number? Didn't really seem like a good reason to give them a good review but ive ordered from them before and it was great

Something similar happened to me. I ordered floor mats, Z-Tube, JWT Pop Charger, and the OEM lip.
Everything shipped and arrive except my lip. I e-mailed them and they said they shipped it. I sent them pictures of my shipment and then they got back to be, "Oh, it's right here. It doesn't seemed to have been shipped as I thought."
They shipped it out the next day, with express shipping... but, even though they shipped it express, I was still pretty upset, because I had already set aside my weekend to install it.
Everything shipped and arrive except my lip. I e-mailed them and they said they shipped it. I sent them pictures of my shipment and then they got back to be, "Oh, it's right here. It doesn't seemed to have been shipped as I thought."
They shipped it out the next day, with express shipping... but, even though they shipped it express, I was still pretty upset, because I had already set aside my weekend to install it.

I've ordered from them multiple times and had no complaints but I'll never do business with them again.
I ordered floor mats, engine damper, and clear corners back in early December 08. A month later nothing. I asked what was going on, Leon responded & said the floor mats were taking a while (on back-order) and he could send the damper and corners which he did. Another month and still no floor mats. I emailed Leon back & got no reply so I also submitted a question on their website asking about the floor mats and no response whatsoever. Here it is almost another month later and still no response and no floor mats. I suspect I've been ripped off for $103 plus shipping, but I'll keep contacting them... oh that reminds me, it's almost time for me to write my next monthly "where the **** are my floor mats" email.
Honestly I thought maybe the recession had put Scottsdale Infiniti out of business, which would explain why they hadn't responded to my questions.

My only order with them was just fine. I ordered the OEM Z-Tube/K&N Filter combo on Friday, Feb 6th. Site said it would ship within 24-48 business hours (3-6 days). It arrived at my house 7 days later on Feb 13th. Leon answered my e-mail very quickly (about 2 minutes after I sent it). If they have a good price, I'll buy from them again without hesitation.

I too had a bit of a speed bump with everythingg35.com.
I bought my chrome 18" coupe seven spokes wheels from them through a ebay auction. Their description stated factory chrome wheels and center caps. Well the wheels arrived fine, but there was no center caps. I called them and asked about the missing center caps. They looked up the listing and said that they would send out the caps. I asked if they would be sending center caps with the Infiniti logo on them, the guy was not sure if those would be the ones. Well I recieved blank (no logo) chrome center caps. I said to myself that I would not be purchasing from them in the future.
I guess they could have been POed about the details of the auction. They forgot to add that Arizona residents(that I am) need to be charged for state sales tax. Their fault.
I now purchase from Riverside Infiniti.

sounds like a merchant mistake, making it better for the customer
not a "yay, i got my stuff 2 days earlier, without no problems"
i hate waiting for parts, let alone when they say this n that, and can't deliver on time...
i have a few friends in the business, its a chain reaction..a product can't move with the "other parties" dont move either, so annoying. thats why i always double check if things are in "stock or not"
well im glad they sorted it out for u, and didnt leave you SOL like a few other customers that posted....
