what to get with $2000

Guys I need some help. I have narrowed it down to what i want, but I am so picky and need some answers. I have searched and searched and searched!
This is phase one for me on this car. here are the questions. Thank you in advanced.

1.Cat back exhaust-Which one gives the best gains, most agressive sound, like the hi power, and has large tips. pref. (1,000ish or under)

2. Z-tube- the where to buy it and is it a 350z z-tube? best filter?

3. Spring-I want a substantial even drop with a stock feeling. or alittle stiffer spring rate. IE tanabe gf210. any others?

4. Short sifter-whats the best bang for the buck?

5. Mrev-rev up. got it.

6. 5/16 plenum spacer. got it. not skunk right?

i know ill need a camber kit... so that is taken care of.

thanks in advance. i want to get ordering!

1. HKS, Fast Intentions, Motordyne. Take your pick, whichever one you like the look and sound of the best. They are all quality exhausts.

2. Wait for a used one on the marketplace, it is just the stock intake tube from a 350z without sound deadening material. For filter you can leave the stock airbox or get K&N filter. Or you can look into short rams like JWT popcharger and Fujita or CAI's like the AEM.

6. Yes the Skunk2 is a plastic piece of junk. Just get Motordyne, it's should be your only choice when picking spacers.

Def get the Mrev2, and 5/16 MD spacers.

As for the Z- tube check my350z.com, they sell them often. Best filter with it is stock airbox, buty if you wanna go aftermarket, i like the JWT popcharger.

as for exhaust just research which sound you like tghe best, because they wont give you much gains, just looks and sound.

Good luck

O I as under the assumption that catback exhaust gives a decent gain? So why not dave a only get the mufflers rather than a catback. Also why about those springs? Thnks for your help.

If you want a big drop and oem like ride you are going to want a good set of soft coilovers. The oem struts are not made for a big drop and will be overworked with soft springs. Tein CS would be a good fit for you.

I want a drop but not coilovers. If there is an option that will allow me to run a stiffer spring rate then that's the route I want to take. I've heard that there are some with the gf210 say that the ride is ok. My main concern is even drop and stiifer spring so I won't have to worry about suspension travel.

Why would I not get any of what I mentioned. FYI have a 62" LCD 1080p already.
Seriously though. The springs are the only thing I'm not sure about. Nf210 are a nice drop but is there others tv a stiff enough spring rate????

20whp tops, most likely less. Most of your gains will be coming from MREV and 5/16 spacer. Other than that, the only mod that will yield any significant returns is test pipes or high flow cats...or forced induction.
