Yesterday I was sitting at a light next to a brand new heavily modded Evo. I know that car hits well over 300 whs stock, so no I didn't even attempt to race him. What I did notice was that everytime he shifted gears his car let out this weird whistle-like sound. It sounded like some sort of blow-off valve releasing. I'm just curious what kind of mod would produce such a weird sound. You only hear it when he shifts. Sorry I can't give a better explaination.
