You wanna see fast G's and Z's?
Try InjectedPerformance.com... They have a Z in the 8's with like 1200whp.

 

I have no doubt the Z can, but the G35 aren't built for Racing. Also, take into account the cost to get the Z to get there. The Cost of modding a lil Civic is significantly less.

 

Look this isn't going anywhere. Don't like your G? Get something else, I didn't buy my car to race it. If you wanted a race car you should have bought a Vette Viper or Cobra. Or Civic, whatever.

I notice he hasnt been back in here. Had a chuckle about this today with my roommate and a couple of my old honda buddies from back in the day. LoL.... cheaper to make a 7 second honda than a g...

 

I wouldn't want to even try to make either a 7 second car...The Honda is well a Honda and my G is to nice...But I am pretty sure we thread jacked the hell outta this one lol.

 

Making ANY car a 7-second car is gonna be expensive. What;s the argument here? $50+K vs $47+K to run 7's? At the point you get ANY car into the 7's....you've spent a TON of money.

Not trying to fan the flames, but these whole cost of modification vs performance arguements get silly. We are all going to drive what we love and modify what we love. For what some guys spend on an exhaust system here, i can buy a set of nice ARF 205 cylinder heads brand new for my Mustang and gain 75-100HP at the wheels. But i don't think that makes any one car better than another because mods are cheaper. You could make a Yugo run 10's for $1000....I will still hate it.

 

I dunno where this thread went. I got on here to help ol dude out, because I have black OEM rims. I don't race have no intentions on racing my G. But when Jibberjabbers said the VQ couldn't go into the 7's I simply told him to check out injectedperformance.com cause Gregs VQ is damn near there.

 

alright one more thing on this subject and then im done lol the z on injected is also street legal, no 7 second civic is going to be street legal and thats it im done. oh and mj-g35 your rims look sick i might have to look into getting my winter setup powdercoated.

 

Thanks bro....I'm not big into racing, but I'm not sure Greg's Z is street legal it does have a parachute on the back. Hey I could be wrong, it has happened....once LOL
