your stock coupe got less then 240 hp to the wheels

there is no intake in the world that will get you to 300hp.

You are going to need boost to get to those numbers.

oooooooooor

Stuff your intake pipe full of these

and you got your self a 300hp G35

if you want to go more then that then you can also stuff you exhaust pipe full of those that will create an afterburner effect and give you well over 400hp at high RPMs

if you do that you would probably want to cote your rear bumper with some heat shield material cuz you'll have all them flames shooting out of your pipes. Also put a warning sign on your rear window for other cars not to drive to close to you cuz of the flaimzzzz shooting out and ****.

Well considering the fact that he has 287HP at the crank 300 isn't so far away.

An intake won't get you there, but get yourself a MD 5/16 spacer and an MREV2 and that will put you where you want to be.

Take a leaf blower and hook it up to your intake but make sure you hardwire the leaf blower in to the car so when you drive off, you dont unplug it.

That is an inflated number from the factory, and if you are chasing a number then that is fine. Usable power is the key, not a dyno number.

How are you, or are you going to measure actual gains from the intake? You are going to be awfully upset when you see the dyno numbers.

if I were you, I would get the MREV, spacer, and Osiris. This should get you well over 20 hp/tq throughout the powerband.

Two words came to mind when I read this thread, "Wishful Thinking!" Although many manufactures will claim large increases in HP from their intakes it's quite/most often not true.... What you need to achieve your goals is a Vortech supercharger, cost installed $5K+ then you will have surpassed your 300 HP.

lol you must be new.

Buy every bolt-on you can, get a tune, and you'll get around there. NA is a long and expensive road with very little payoff. FI is an even more expensive road but at least there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
