I hate my black g35 coupe!!!!
I'm in the same boat as you guys, I wash mine 1-2 times a week. I can see the dust settling on my car like 30 min after washing it and I always wash it inside my garage. But dam does it look good for those 30 min and in the shade
Lol, I had a superblack 350Z for 14 months, I feel your pain. One thing to think about doing is switching wax. Do the Mequire claybar with showroom spray, then the cleaner wax, at least twice, then the sealer wax.
Best way to keep a black car clean as you can is to make sure the surface of the clear coat is smooth as can be. Believe it or not dust tends to settle but either falls right off when you drive, or you can use a duster and some detailing spray to touch it up.
It's really important to get the base clean and smooth as possible.
That's my Z after a 4 hour drive to NH, a full track day, it's just not that dirty except for the bug splat:

and this is after driving around all day and coming home from work, a 20 mile trip each way, it looks like I just washed it:

and, my 1991 Nissan Sentra SE-R, 147k miles and original paint - again out for a drive, not just washed in the driveway:

Thank god my G isn't black, too!!! Seriously the key I've found is really doing the base work on the paint, once you've really cleaned it well with clay bar and gone through the rest of the steps, it stays a lot cleaner a lot longer. Now if I could just find a way to keep the wheels clean...

Thanks for the tips guys. I thought I was the only dealing with this problem. I saw a white g35 coupe yesterday and a stop light. I was really jealous of how clean it looked..and the owner probably didnt even need to clean it often.
make sure you shake it to release dust in between uses.
I gave up on my G.. My black G is probably the dirtiest on here.. Haven't washed it in months..
I used to wash it and wax once a week, and ALWAYS within 2 hours the car would be covered in dust.. Where I live is part of the reason why though.

Best investment I've made: Take it to a professional, drop some cash to have the imperfections taken care of, and learn the proper washing techniques.
