the kid wasnt in the G he was in the other dudes car either way this shouldve been avoided.

 

 

A few years back outside my uncle's car dealership in miami some guy tried this. Him and some random guy got in a fender bender i beleive, and the guy that had got hit went nuts grabbed a crowbar and was smashing the 2nd guy's car, the guy in the car getting smashed waited for him to go around to smash the side window by his kid then got out and shot the guy dead in the middle of the street. In front of about 200 witnesses and because his kid was in the car he got off with self defense and no charges were filed. Moral of the story you never know whats in the car you are messing with.

 

Wouldn't flipping someone off while driving be considered provocation?

Unfortunately I've seen/been in too many cases of road rage. The latest was when I was driving my G on the highway and started to merge onto the highway. A car comes blasting from 5 lanes out and seriously thinks I cut her, yes her, off.

I freaked out and went in one lane and she tried to as well. I freaked again and went out to the original lane and so did she!

I had my windows down...she pulls along side me...pulls out a notepad with a pen..and says, "I got you, I got your number I'll see you tonight!" WHAT THE HELL!!!!!

 

Sounds like she wants a little sex!!

Thats nuts. I had a incident happen with a drunk in irvine. where it was 2 in the morning and i make a left hand turn pull up to a light and its red so i slow to a stop. Then the guy in front of me starts flying back in reverese so i honk at him. He slams on his breaks and gets out starts hitting my car screaming and **** i pull away and drive off. he started following me and tried to ram me and **** this guy was nuts. he had a brand new car with paper plates. when he was hitting and kicking my car obviously drunk he was saying how hes rich and he can do whatever he wants this guy was like 26 and said his dad was a lawyer and he wont get in trouble. i ended up calling the police as he kept trying to ram me and all this crazy ****. after i called he took off. long story short irvine police blows and said there was nothing they could do about it. they said i should have drove to the closest police station....... lame.
