sorry to hear. That is strange about the passenger air bag going off and not yours. You should have it inspected and make sure its operational if your going to put it back on the road

Two things. I would follow up with dealer or Infiniti about why the airbag didnt go off.

2nd thing, I would look into why if you were under 18 when your parents screwed up your credit were you responsible for the items. You should fight the credit bureaus by sending in letters asking them why you are responsible since you were __ years old. They obviously did not do the research on your supposed income. I see that happen all the time and it takes a while but you should be able to get some of the stuff off.

my parents have done a lot of good for me as well - i'd hate to bring more legal burdens on them that they already have...I would like to investigate how myself AND my younger brother (who's 24) can get past this stupid credit situation - - it has almost ruined me...i almost never got approved for THAT or ANY car...i almost didn't even get my own apartment without having my Uncle to co-sign..it's really sad....
