Rear ended by a civic on the 10e to 405s
Coming from Santa Monica on the 10E to the 405S and there was bumper to bumper traffic, so I stopped... but apparantly this civic didn't. claimed that her brakes didnt work, I was at a complete stop and then bam the civic came lol...
Luckily, I was in a big Lexus SUV and not my G35c!!!
The lexus took the damage pretty well... however the civic... well lets let the pictures speak for themselves.
BTW of course I checked to make sure my passenger and the driver of the civic was okay, and everything checked out fine
Though the CHP took approximately half an hour to an hour to show up...
but all in all, everything worked out in the end.
I felt bad for the girl, civic driver, though; 19 yr old from switzerland attending San Diego State; I made sure that the chp would get a ride for her since obviously she didn't know anyone down here.

Had to push her car to the side off of the road; she was too scared to turn it on and she was crying... lol
