I WAS going to buy it off another member on the board here.
I removed it from his car myself in full working order. Went to my car and plugged it in but it wouldn't make the click to clarify it was in. The plastic pins(not the metal ones) in the male end mounted on the pedal, appear to be different than the ones on my friends coupe.
Tried starting the car and giving it gas without it clicking and I had no throttle.
After quite a few tries I turned the car back on with normal throttle plug in to see if it may be something with the throttle on my car and not the SB. It then drove my car to a very high idle. 2000 rpm, then slowly dropped down into 1500. It didn't go back to normal 600ish idle until after I had left and got gas.
The SB went directly back into my buddies car without a hitch, very smooth going on and off, very unlike mine witch was 100% the opposite.

Answer:
It plugs into the throttle position sensor on the pedal, not the ECU connector. So, yes it will work on an 03 sedan.
