i have an 046mt, right around 50k. if you drive hard, it will use gas, but i usually get 20ish, maybe a bit more. if you use the brembo pads, they will go pretty quick and are expensive. the dash rattles can be remedied by the dealer (or you if you want to pull it apart and put foam tape in it). it is a great car but it goes through tires, breaks, gas and such fast like any other high performance car. it is not a honda civic.

i dont think its that bad on gas, worst ive been able to do was just under 18mpg and that was beating on it pretty bad, usually 18-19 around town 24-25 on the highway. my sedan has no rattles, but a couple of creaks

If interested, I can shoot you some photos.
Going to ask for 18K for is. Has 59 K miles and has the extended warrenty from the dealership (bumper to bumber).
Lots of cosmetic addon ons, to include carbon fider trunk, hood, and grille.
Brembo cross drilled and slotted rotors that sit on Axis Shine (20s).
Beauthful car all around. Also upgraded the stereo too, now has the Skyline kit inside with a double din touch screen DVD/NAV/ CD player by Poineer.
Selling bc I have a 6 month old baby boy. Need more room...hard to get a baby seat in and out of the back seat.

G35 coupe

Just get the car.

Yes it is not a four banger so its not going to get you 30 mpg. But it has almost 300 horsepower so for the power you lose MPG. I can live with 19 MPG can you?

Brakes? OEM pads sucked for me squeaks, noise had them changed due to noise not wear. Running aftermarket ceramic brakes no more noise and got 30K on them so far.....

Rattles? No none to report, car feels pretty tight and I got 114K on my 2003 coupe that is pearl white on OEM 19 wheels.

Car over all: I still get people that come up to me and ask what type of car that is and say nice car?!?

I don't get that with my 2007 G35 4 door or my Lincoln Navigator!?! You want to talk MPG try 13 miles to the gallon premium only on my Navigator. I love the G35 because it gets good MPG compared to that and its fun to drive.

Just my experiences with the G35, oh and by the way my wife got my hooked on G35s she always liked the coupes and before we bought it I wanted a Prius... now I will never own a Prius! I will always have an Infiniti/Nissan product in the garage.

Oh has to add I am still a Mercedes AMG fan, just hated dropping so much coin on service. Love the cars, not the price tag to keep it running. BMW we had sort of the same way, got rid of it before I needed a 8K tranny job. My coupe has a lot of miles and by far the cheapest to maintain out of the bunch!

I accept: The brakes don't go every year whoever said that doesn't own one and it's a sports luxury car, it's a hell of a lot comfier than most "sports" luxury cars.

Hi guys I finally got my 04 G35 Coupe w/sport edition in white. I love the car I just need new set of tires. Probably going with Michelin Pilot A/S Plus. The Bose sound system is awesome and I love the way the exhaust sounds.

Yup. I haven't drive a MT for a while so that's why I got a automatic. I didn't want to ruin the clutch. Plus I wasn't too crazy about gear shifting.

I think 1 year for brake replacement is pretty good but it all depends on how you brake. most cars don't even get 1 year on brakes. And your so cheap to spend like $70 a year on brakes?
My ride is pretty soft way better than the rsx I use to own.
Gas really depends on the driving you do but I usually get 19mpg and I have a heavy foot.
16.5k for 04 g35 is overpriced. you can get 05 with that kind.
You're better of with a prius if gas and brake pads are an issue for you.
i replaced the rear brakes like a year ago and i still have the stocks up in front... i have 64k miles.. i think i am getting my moneys worth.. haha
