Auto Zone is running another special with Castrol Syntec 5.25 quart jug and a K&N oil filter for $27.99. They normally charge $13.99 just for the filter so this is a really good deal.

Just wanted to pass this along if anyone else is interested.

 

Im gonna stop there tomorrow and get some. Im due for an oil change in about 1k miles. Gonna have to buy oil anyway so might as well get it while its on sale. Thanks!!!

pep boys is doing the same thing up until 11/31 i believe but with a purolator filter, and castrol GTX synthetic. Same price too! I gotta find me an autozone tho i want a damn k&n filter!

Everytime i go they are all out of the damn filters. Damn nissan using the same filter for 50 of it's cars.

Even the M45 filter was out.

I just got the Mobil 1 Fully Synth. for $22 5qts @ Wal Mart.

I saw the castrol ad for Autozone but I prefer Mobil.

 

did you try getting a M1 filter? Like I said in my other post, same thing happened to me, so I asked to get an M1 filter instead and thats it.

 

Thanks for the information, for our members that use Castrol that's a super deal. I wouldn't use Castrol for just one reason, I hate their commercial with that azzhole running around hitting guys with a dip stick....Grrrrrr
