My sedan sounds a lot like a coupe due to my 350z midpipe. A sedan with 350/coupe midpipe (they are the same but for length) and HKS muffler may even sound better!

(GT-ER, I thought Berlinettas only came with V6? I learn sumpin ever' day)

They came with both engines. 155hp with 245lb-ft of torque out of a V8...lol.

I totally agree with you 4DGS. I am the same as you and Wannabe6MT. If it comes in a 4 door model I get the 4 door.... and if its a 2 door car it should have 2 seats not 4 (350Z), but again that my .02

Don't get me wrong the coupe's are nice and sexy but a Sedan done right is far more rare and just so much more sexy once done up. Esp now that there are more parts for the Sedan then there were in the past years.

Also... Just to clear up the Coupe's are about ~ 50 lbs. heavier or so but are 4 inches shorter and 2.5 inches wider

My #'s are coming off of a comparison that I got from cars.com

I dont get why the sedan has a big back seat and a bit trunk, yet the coupes backs eat and trunk are pretty much useless...

Without a sub in my car, i can get probably 4 golf bags in my car+4 people including me. Try that in a coupe!

the sedan and coupe pretty much are dead even, technically the sedan should be faster since it weighs less. I love the common misconception that the sedan is slower than the coupe simply because its a 'sedan' oh noes!

I wanted a sports sedan when I was looking for a car. Not some FWD "sports sedan", something RWD and the G35 was the perfect choice. I bought my sedan when I was 20 and everyone and their brother, cousin and their friends told me to get the coupe. I like both cars, wish I could have the coupe exhaust note, but I like 4 doors better.

Get a Coupe Mid-Pipe and will sound more like the coupe - What I have been told and what I am doing on my car.

I'm one of the coupe biased guys, but I have to say that the sedan does have it's very nice points. If you like the look of both and can't necessarily decide, then IMO, if you're single and/or not getting enough sex, get the coupe. If you're married or in a longish-term relationship, get the sedan and go break in those back seats.

I got my sedan simply for the AWD. That was the absolute #1 reason. I know the coupe has AWD now, but it didn't at the time I was looking. To be honest, now that I know it's available, i still think i'd choose an new G37x sedan over the coupe now that i've been a sedan owner for a while. The big trunk, and usable rear seat without requiring me to step out of the car is really nice. This is my first 4-door car. I just really wish the AWD came in a 6-spd. I'd be all set.

Everyone has their reasons for wanting their cars. Mine was simply practicality and a more professional appearance at my office when i take clients out to lunch at work. Having a 60-year old visiting customer from Japan contort himself to slip into my backseat just wasn't an option.

Plus i'm 28...babies will be on the way shortly...ugh.
