Problem with car alarm

Ive got a 2004 sedan. I have 2 sets of keys with 2 keyfobs(?) to unlock and lock the doors witha panic button on them.

To my beleif ever since it start getting cold (40 degrees F and below) and i started using the second set of keys that i dont usualy use. My car alarm goes off randomly whenever it feels like. Whether im wathcing a movie, playing cards, and even last night sleeping and waking up the whole house.

I have no clue whats going on, its like its got a mind of my own, and NO im not accidently pushing the panic button.

Can anyone help me out?

Maybe one of the door sensors (or the hood sensor) is going bad.

what i did was. on the doors there like little "buttons" or senros that tell if the door is closed. well there one of those for the hood too. so what i did was unplug that little "button" and it hasnt occured since. Just a temporary fix for you guys

i wonder if this has something to to with my battery?

i recently replaced my battery. now every now and then my car hesitates to start but it always does. this is even with the new battery and it doesnt in warmer temps, so i know its not the cold start.

made an appointment with the dealer for monday. lets see how that goes.

alarm going off

About a week ago my alarm started randomly going off..
Almost every day now, I goes off. Sometimes in the middle of the night.

It's not related to the keyfobs. I am at working right now and the car is about 100 yards away and the alarm just went off.........

May need to check the door sensors.
