Shouldn't need any programing. All you're doing is transfering internals from the already programed remote and transponder chip out of the factory key into the new shell.

Got mine in the mail yesterday from the ebay seller in Hong Kong. Quality seems really good and I'm very happy with the purchase.

I took it over to the Nissan dealership and they didn't have a key cutter, but they sent me next door to their Chevy dealership and they cut it for free. The only disapointment is the Nissan logo on the back...still trying to find an Infiniti logo.

For anyone that buys this, the write up on the my350z forum is really helpful in putting it together. I think it is posted in here somewhere, but here it is again: http://www.my350z.com/forum/audio-vi...-flip-key.html. Only took me 15 minutes, but I had trouble with the spring. The DIY thread helped quite a bit.
