Lowering car
Front camber, go with Cusco or SPC...SPL if you got money. Dranom is actually selling some SPL upper A arms for 375 or 385 I think. Sick deal for top notch upper A arms.
Its part of the suspension setup. Basically when you lower your car you increase negative camber....rather than your wheels looking straight like this:

they will look like this (the more you drop the more camber you add...

A camber kit is utliized to bring a negative camber back towards the positive direction to eliminate less inner wear, however, it's not the camber the really kills the tire's life, but rather the toe...the camber just aids to it.
Adding negative camber is helpful when going with a wheel setup that is quite aggressive, where you don't want to do body work to make the wheels/tires fit within the fender.
Most camber kits are to correct camber, however, there are some that are meant to add negative camber. Hope that helps explain it, if you got more questions I'm sure anyone else would be willing to answer.
Here's some better examples....
Normal:

Camber:

Please note that the cambered vehicle was meant to be cambered (to get the wheels within the fender). Not many people go to that extreme, but lowering your car will add some, nothing near that. Generally around -2 to -3 degrees for a big drop (what's pictured is -7.5 degrees for the rears.
