From READING WHAT'S STAMPED ON THE BACK OF MY OEM WHEEL. (also has NISSAN stamped on it also)

See how this works Mike? You ask a question and I give a direct answer. This method works. Try it.

the question was asked... and several times addressed throughout the thread... your problem is you like things to be repeated so you can re-hash them only to come full circle to the same conclusion.

my 17" cast doesn't say made in Thailand (that I have seen)... does Thailand use the JWL insignia?

Mike this is the 1st time you asked about Thailand. Your assumptions is what's being repeated.

The same wheel that says Thailand also has that Japanese approval cast into the wheel. (yet another direct/simple answer to a question. Novel concept)

only the coupe 19's are light weight forged wheels.. also the track rims on the Z and limited edition Z are forged.. im almost positive the oem 18 wheels are Enkei.. i remember when i pulled off my friends wheels they said enkei on them i could be wrong about this tho but i dont think i am.. he still has them so i can check later.. if this helps at all.

its the first time Thailand has been mentioned... I've never seen Thailand on a wheel and dont recall anyone ever mentioning their wheel is from Thailand - so why would I have asked about Thailand prior?...

Considering Einke has a plant in Thailand and the fact that Mackin "thinks" they might be Einke, that would make sense... however, other sources have stated Rays and yet others aren't sure at all...

How are my "assumptions" being repeated? and what assumptions would that be?

post a pic of your wheel Jeff... I'm curious to know if its the same wheel as I'm referencing (17 cast) and if/why yours would have different markings

Why not just leave it alone and thus prevent the eventual go around that this round of unneccessary questions would generate?

Edited for clarification AFTER post #101 was posted.

It will be difficult to get that casting print to show with all the dirt. But feel free to post pics of yours. Mine are the premium non-sport oem 17" wheel.

I suspected they might be aftermarket replicas but the Nissan stamp sort of defies that logic (assumption)

Unsubscribed and glad I did.

I'm not suggesting your arent Nissan... I'm trying to determine the difference (if any)...

I have only front view pics... I'll have to unstack them this weekend and take another look... I dont remember ever seeing a Nissan stamp on mine either

I guess I'll know after further examination...

BTW, road grim can easily be wiped off... didn't you wash them before taking them off?... or are they still on the car? Got front view pics?
