mines pass no problem a month ago...no front plates clear side markers....

 

i live in Houston, I got my inspection done a few months ago, no front license plate, clear side markers. I asked if he cared about tints and the new laws, he said no and wouldnt charge extra. Im sure if one place hassles you about anything you can go somewhere else and get it done

 

Practically check nothing here in DE... except tints!

I failed because of tints, wasted 2 hrs, and had to come back..

In DE, DMV does inspections only, not sure about other states.
