I enjoy the performance game more.

The whole show scene was very stressful for me in my previous cars. Some things would turn out great, some wouldn't. Wheels go "out of style" and tires are expensive.

The first time I boosted a car (B14 SR20)... VERY enjoyable and ADDICTIVE. I soon realized that when it came to boosted performance, the sky's the limit. I had tons of fun at the track, drag and road course. That to me is a lot more fun than showing off your car at a meet or a show. That's just me.

I always thought my car was more of a looker but then i realized the only thing i got going on for looks is my wheels (every other exterior part is OEM or stock).
And although my theme is to balance everything (lux+sport), i find performance mods to be more fun in general because you actually feel rewarded after installing a bolt on like an exhaust for example. Besides, the G already looks like sex from the factory; it just isn't fast enough.

I really try to balance between my performance parts and my exterior mods, but I've always put my performance mods first. The only exterior mod I was really eager about getting, were my vs-xx wheels. Other than that, look at my car from far away, and you'll only see another dropped black G with wheels. I still love how my car looks though .

The way I see it, you spend more time driving your car, than looking at it from the outside. And with my recent addition of the ART pipes, I'm really enjoying how my car performs in both speed, and handling now. I'm done with my exterior mods, but I still have more performance mods lined up (bbk, transgo vb, 3.5/3.7 gears, and ultimately go F.I.)

Voted!
