is rolling your own fenders a good idea?
And I def understand your point. I installed a few things on my car vs taking it to a shop.

What I meant to originally post was "Do it if you have the right tools, and if you dont take it to a shop"
I learned the hard way on previous cars that altering something that can affect resale value usually should be done by a professionals. Just my opinion.
I did mine on the spot(side street) after leaving the tire shop..rubber mallet and baseball bat..no heat.
I had no choice since the tires(new) were rubbing like Mother flounder and I needed to get to work.

Dude-
It's a bit of a drive, but I am located in Vermont and will be borrowing a buddy's roller - A "Max Generation II Fender Roller"

I will be rolling my G sometime in a week or two. If you are serious about doing it yourself, you're more than welcome to join. I have a two car bay so I will be using my heat gun and rolling them myself. If interested, hit me up, more than welcome to join in and do it yourself the *right* way with a professional roller.
