Leaving Vegas, heading for San Diego Saturday, I saw a light Blue coupe with a CF hood. Didn't recognize it. They were NB I-15 just outside of town. On the way back I saw several IP coupes and sedans, but 2 that stuck in my brain were a black G37 and a black G35 that were following me back to Las Vegas NB on I-15. That was until the first one nearly crawled in my trunk for a ride, passed on the left lane and hauled a$$ like no one's business. Some people just gotta be an *** to people on the road.

I hate people who start to drive like shlt when they see another G35 on the road. Like everyone with a G35 wants to race.

I'm just cruising and every now and then, some idiot in a G35 starts reving, doing ricer flybys, cutting in traffic or tailgating me for a period of time until they realize I'm not really into that shlt. And the bone out into traffic.

I thought those days were over when I sold my S2k and bought a classy ride. I mean, the car is bone stock.

If you see another G driver, a simple head nod or thumbs up would be sufficient. No need to get your hard on.

This is kinda the way things go when a Honda pilot discovers he/she can buy a G35 with lots of mileage for $10K to 15K and adapt it to their lifestyle.... That's pretty much what we're seeing here on Driver, new members looking for cheap ways to screw up a once respected vehicle.

I've run in to one or two locally that eyeball the ride and flash lights at me or whatever. I'm fine with that. But seriously? I was doing over 70 in a 70 zone to begin with in the slow lane. This yahoo was so close I couldn't see the HOOD of his car; not just his headlights. His hood. That's too eff'in close for the freeway.

There are hardly any around here. I drove 350 miles round trip this weekend and only saw a handful of first gen sedans.

It was a mixed bag of colors and types. Odd how many you see when you own a particular type of car. I see Saturn Outlooks all the time now too. Very rare at first until I bought one. Now they're everywhere.

Yeah, funny how that works. Just bought my 03 G recently and now I see them everywhere. Which is why I'm really looking into mods now to make it look different.

I never know whether to ignore them completely or do as the above. I don't want to be giving a thumbs up and head nodding and the other driver just goes about his business lol. I've never spoken to another g35 driver and I see them all the time in Florida.

Two of my cousins attend UCSD and they say like 1 of 5 people have a G35/37.

Sounds about right.

I was hoping those tools that flew by me visited on here and maybe caught this so I could e-punch them in the head for the stupid driving skills. Seemed like one of the two was moving as the whole back of the car was crammed with crapola. The driver couldn't see out the back window.
