I understand how the OP feels, even though I haven't been a member here for that long (little over a year). Every no and then it gets annoying seeing so many threads asking the same questions over and over.

My G is the first car I've bought myself and the first car I've modded/worked on, so I came to this site not knowing anything lol. But I certainly don't recall starting threads like the ones I see now. I quickly learned that I could find info on pretty much everything on this site by properly searching and just reading and reading. Now I know a pretty decent ammout about our cars and mods, that I usually try helping people in their threads. I even get PM's from people asking me for help, info, or my opinion on things, lol.

To all the new people out there: All the info you need is on this site, you just have to put some effort into finding it and read, instead of asking others to do the work for you.

Maybe we need to take a cue from DIYcaraudio forums and make a "NOOB Questions" forum. No question too dumb, and no riducule. Put it at the top of the list of forums.

^ I don't think that would help much, if any. Just another informative FAQ sticky that they won't bother to look at.
