anyone know if this will help our mpg? says it works better on older cars n maybe an 03 counts as older?

it's got a 30 day money back guarantee... someone about to dyno their car should test it and then take it back... apparently it was proved at the AAA test lab or w.e... where are the charts? someone test it out!
