You're going to get torn apart here.

Go check the DIY and watch how to paint your grille.

grill is just clips on top and then reach in to the bottom and push the tabs down and grill slides out. scuff, prime, paint, clear, reinstall. as for the lip, def do colormatched. black lip on a contrasting color looks nasty imo. btw, welcome!@

Feening is wanting something really bad. I think the etymology behind it is "fiending".

The grill is pretty easy to paint. But take your time! You need to do multiple coats of primer, multiple coats of paint, and ideally, multiple coats of clearcoat on it. There's a lot of surface area, and it can get frustrating having to wait so much, and impatience can lead to overspraying. You're better off spraying 2 light coat than 1 coat that's too heavy. Make sure you sand it down properly too since the paint won't stick as well to the "chromed" parts.

Oh, BTW, congrats on the car, welcome to the club, and you're lucky the flames were weak tonight (learn to search better, pretty much anything you want to know can be found here).

I reckon we don't have feening in Texas or CA Blue....remember when we were 18 we had our own language too? Spellcheck doesn't recognize the word either, then again it doesn't know what an Obama is either....wish I didn't!

America

Not trying to start a political debate here people, just passing along what I've heard.

Blue and Gary, don't want to get in a fight, and I'm certain we agree on probably 99% of most things, but do you honestly think McCain and Palin would have been a better choice? Personally, I like that I'm paying fewer taxes than under the previous spend-a-holic administration we got rid of.

OK, forget that, let's focus on all the things we do agree on, and the world will be a better place. G35's rule, more horsepower is always a good thing, and nice legs and a nice **** make up for a lot of shortcomings (oops, I may have started another fight!). Peace.
