Fight with the dealership?

If you can reasonably prove that the dealership screwed it up then freaking fight them on it. You bought a luxury car and you should expect luxury service from the dealership. I've learned from one service manager that he fears most the general manager of the dealership and the Infiniti corporate office. If they are screwing around with you then threaten and follow through with letters and phone calls to the big wigs if you have to. good luck.

I disagree! Crest Infiniti has the most incompetent staff i've ever seen. Lazy service advisors and techs that can't fix anything right the first 2 times. I just take my car to Sewell and get everything done right.
