Shifter Vibration. on deceleration

I searched more than a dozen times but couldn’t get a result matching my issue.

i found alot of info on vibrations/chatter in the clutch when taking off.. mines happening when slowing down.. unsure if its the same issue???

When I slow down from what ever speed, Leaving it in gear not touching the clutch and just slowing down with my hand on the shifter , there is 1 or 2 points through deceleration that I get a short 1 or 2 second vibration in the shifter(depending on initial my speed).. it will start vibrate for a second or two then back to normal.

u wont notice it unless u have your hand on the shifter or already know its there and waiting for it.

seems like its going on road speed not rpm speed.

Any ideas?? Normal? Common?

cheers

Happens to me but I don't have an explanation as to why it happens beside possible transmission vibrations. Not sure. Subscribed.

Mine vibrates too, about the same amount as a cell phone does.
Hope its just a rubber mound.

Happens to me as well. I have clutch chatter on clutch let up and if I start out in a higher gear...say 2nd when starting out from a stop...or sometimes, I hear a noise if I am in 4th-6th at low speeds, its a mechanical sound that I really only hear when driving in between buildings, or walls, that can reflect the sounds back. My shifter sometimes has this vibration when decelerating as well, I've accepted it as normal. What about you guys?

It's the driveshaft. When the U-joints start wearing and develop play there will be some vibration at certain frequencies (speeds). Blip the throttle it goes away.. Confirmed with an Infiniti master tech. Not a serious issue just an annoying one.
