Question about AWD and brakes
Do i have to match brake pad/rotor brands/styles for all of my wheels or is it okay to have OEM for the front and Wagner Thermoquiet for the back?
Thanks in advance for the advice!

It won't cause problems, but if you put in pads/rotors with drastically different characteristics in front and back, your brake balance changes away from what the car was designed for, so you may find yourself having issues when braking in a turn (not that you should do that).
ah, thanks for the info OKstate and marcinr. The brakes should be pretty similar, so i think i will be okay based on what you have both said. I would change them all but the dealer put new pads on the front when i bought the car last October)... so the front pads are in pretty good shape still.. the back ones are worn down..
Thanks again!
Thanks again!
