I didn't see any listed in upstate NY, like syracuse, buffalo, rochester, albany area. Could you point me to any? Also, if not do these come with instructions?

 

Instructions do come with them. But the key thing if you want to do these yourself is absolute patience. Don't get frustrated. If you need help, post up your problem, or if you want I can help you via phone or text on your install.
