You must not have read what I've said so far. It is not the axles. It only occurs under braking and it went away when the shims were lubed.

EBC packages their pads with an anti-squeak pad that goes between the shims and the brake pad. On the rear, the pads have some little stubs that need to be ground down in order to fit the anti-squeak pad. I did not bother with it but I'd bet they would solve this problem too. I'll probably put them on next chance I get.
