New hood installed, give me your imput. I'm on the fence about it.

Mauricio, keep it. Like I told you in our thread on our forum. It looks good with your car and the fitment of the hood looks on point as well, unlike my hood which required some adjusting.
Now that I see how you wanna paint it, I would say pull the trigger on that as well. It would flow a lot better with your car that way. Get some impul sides and paint the sides and the hood all at once!

The before pics are money. Besides the rear trunk and the front license plate mounted behind the windshield.

This looks very clean. Adding black hood, black roof, black grill and black headlights would just ruin it.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Here's my imput (hehe). I think the hood is a little too busy and like jibber said one of the strengths of your car in my eyes is how clean the look is.
That being said fitment looks to be on point and you'd have a very unique look that would be different from any other G I have seen in person or on the web. This might turn out to be a situation similar to when I first got my current wheels. For almost a month I went back and forth on whether I really liked the look or not, but eventually I fell in love with the way my car looks now. I wouldn't go back and change a thing. You might just have to paint the hood the way you want, install it, and give it some time to grow on you or not. The test of time will let you know if it works for you or it doesn't.
Either way your car is the **** and I am grateful that I get to see it on a regular basis.
