Somebody DENTED my G and did not leave note..can it be fixed for less than a million?

Noticed a nice dimple on the body right in front of my left rear wheel. My body never noticed it but I do!

Is there a cheap and SAFE way to fix it? I remember something about using really cold material and some other wizardry?

Look at 00:48 and you will see the dent:

What is your guess on how this dent was caused anyway? The paint seems intact so not sure.

I had a dent like that, but it was just a little lower...got it removed for 350, but i alsp had to have it resprayed and the clear sticker put back on. Just to give you some sort of price range.

You think so really? The Gs are supposed to be pretty tough cars...then again I'm assuming the cart is empty. Perhaps a heavy cart could do it. Also, perhaps that particular part of the car is not as tough as say the doors which need to protect you.

You know what? I think it's tradition for me. Whenever I get a new car somebody has to mess with it while it's still "new". My last car lost it's antennae within first couple weeks I think. This car was banged in garage early on and then this. All times anonymously. No respect or accountability!

Where is "Kit" when you need him?

How did your car get dented? Was it the same anonymous gremlin that hooked me up?

Nah, I was in the Bronx and had to swerve out of the way of someone cutting me off...there was one of those construction dumpster things in the street and my rear qp clipped a piece of metal that was sticking out of the dumpster.

Mistake #1
Being in the Bronx...LOL

Mistake #2
Letting the culprit get off easy(possibly not even knowing what they did) by hitting an inanimate object that feels no pain instead of culprit

Mistake #3
Taking anything I just said seriously

Seriously, glad you got out with only a dent. Could have been worst.

HA...well I was at a Yankees game. Kinda had to go to BX. I'm up in NY at least once or twice a week, it was bound to happen. I couldnt catch who did it. Stuck in traffic. It wasnt that bad of a dent, I let it go for a few months before fixing it.

Fix with compressed air?

I'm starting to find that diy technique that uses compressed air and a blow dryer online but I can find the video. I'm pretty sure I remember a video demonstration. In the video I remember the dent fixing itself by popping out on it's own. Amazing but I'm not too sure about heating up my paint!

had to watch it 3x to find the dent. If you didn't tell anyone, at what point to pay attention, would anyone notice?
