I just bought a G37 IPL and I will probably be taking it to the track on May 22nd. Im heading to Fomoso raceway in Bakersfield CA. Its about 635ft in elevation and it will probably be in the low 80s to high 70s since it will be evening racing. I will keep you all posted on what times I run. Ill also be running with aftermarket intakes most likely by then

The problem with putting a V8 in the IPL is price. The Mercedes C Coupe which is comparable to a G37 bases at 42,370 but when you go to the C63 AMG Coupe your looking at a base price of 61,430. At that price point you get a 6.3L V8 producing 451 hp. In order to get more horespower out of the IPL whether by Turbo or V8 the price is going to have to go up probably high 50,000.
