Your car is still under warranty. Get it in there and have them fix that. It should definitely not be happening, either of those things!

How often do you wash your car during the winter and do you ever wax it??

A few guys have talked about the warping of the dash before. Luckily, I haven't had the problem. It may be caused by excessive exposure to sun and heat, something my car doesn't get too much of.
Here's a thread on the subject... hopefully there's some helpful info in there for you.

As for the spots, start by washing and claying the car, especially that area obviously. Sometimes, what looks like rust is actually just surface corruption. If that doesn't help, get it in for warranty service if possible.

In 3 monthes that I have had it I have washed it at least every 2 weeks and about every 3 days if its nice. It's just starting to warm up so I have not waxed it yet

Looks like a surface stain, claybar and/or some polish should clean it off.

Those rusts spots could be happening from brake dust and then slightly corrodes, claybar like everyone is saying and give it a good wax

Those are not rust. I got IP too and my trunk also has those spots. I dont know why they only happen on the trunk, not anywhere else. That's weird but again that's not rust. Clay bar will help, no need to wax. If you give it a wax, that's always better.

Using a decent paint cleaner (Meguiar's Fine Cut Paint Cleaner) will take the rust spots right out. Don't wax those spots until the spots are removed.
