Quick offset question...

In the process of buying some T1s, no lip, 19x9 19x10. Im really dont know much about offsets... but what should I be looking to get to get them flushed with the fenders rolled..?

No it isn't. I think he's say he doesn't want a step lip and would prefer reverse.
