Is your engine slugged up? What oil OCI(oil change intervals) are you doing?

Using it once every, say, 75,000 miles isn't going to hurt the car, though.
There used to be a kid that lived down the street from me that would SeaFoam his car every other oil change. I had to sit him down and explain why doing that was doing more damage than just driving was.

Its unlikly that you would need seafoam as synthetics clean. But it does not hurt if you do it once in a while, it does thin out your oil so dont run it hard at high revs.
MMO the other thing I was talking about I was not exactly right, its solvent is not as strong so you can keep it the whole OCI. But seafoam cleans faster/sooner. MMO is a slow working solvent, MMO for 3k or seafoam for 200, which exactly cleans better I dont know.
