I wasn't saying I promote street racing. I guess my question is what makes Mexico ok and the US not? Why do some videos make it clear these were not filmed on US soil? I apologize for forgetting about the rule :/... I guess curiosity killed the cat!

The races don't take place in Mexico, that's just what they say to disguise the actual location. Kind of like the companies that sell HFCs stating they are for off road use only. A load of BS but it gets them around the system.
