Not loving the lines/grill on the front end.
Not sure why they would power the coupe with a Benz engine.
The VQ engines are award winners.

i dont understand the nissan\benz relationship.

nissan has been building great motors for many years... why would they use a german motor now?

I don't mind the benz partnership and should help nissan create a vehicle with less rattles and little bit better interior. Not going to complain about a V8 motor which should have come on the G Sedans and Coupes a long time ago. What I will complain about is the price tag on the vehicle at $70k for the V8 version. In that price range I would rather get a used GT-R and call it a day.

After the whole oil consumption debacle I'll take any outside influence Nissan can get. Advice from Mercedes should consist of: don't design an engine that implodes on itself after 50k miles, leaving the owner screwed once warranty runs out.
