Some advice for n00bs and potential G owners
I set aside ~ $100 a month in maintenance on the car. Doesnt mean that what I'm spending monthly. It's in my account and comes in handy...For this year, I think I've done new summer tires ~$700ish, spark plug seals/vc gaskets ~$100, brakes (pads, fluid and rear rotors)--~$125. If I didn't do everything myself, and happen to be a parts dealer...I'd be out some SERIOUS cash. That doesn't account for the random mods like aux input, painted headlight and grill etc that I did this year. Take heed noobs, take heed
i will bragg too. I have never had a problem with mine even since i have been turboed. Luck i guess
. But seriously knowing how to do things yourself will save you a lot of money and you can learn a lot of it yourself on this forum.

I must be the exception. I'm almost 40 and got 2.9%
The car is warranteed till 2016. I'll pay it off (without penalty) in 48 months without touching my base salary.
I decided to go this route instead of occupying Wallstreet.
