Clean your throttle body, it should help assuming there's not something else wrong. If the throttle body is dirty enough to completly seal your idle air control valve may not be able to flow quite enough for cold idle.
Edit: just read the post more thoroughly, take it to the dealership before the warranty expires. How many miles are on it? Make sure they tell you what they do to repair it if anything and report back, I am curious.

Hey guys as I saw this thread and I have a similar issue I will just post it here. I have an '04 G35x with about 108000 miles. And on cold days meaning below 30F and the car has been sitting overnight, when started the RPM dips below 500 for a quick moment and seems like it will stall but goes right back up to 1200/1100 and comes down slowly after the engine is warm.
Obviously as long as the engine is warm it won't do it again until it has been sitting for several hours.
From what I can see with all the suggestions it seems like it could be a vacuum leak or the TB?
MODS: Motordyne 5/16" plenum spacer ISO Copper, Stillen Intake Kit (Cleaned the filter few months ago), Megan Racing Exhaust.

And for throttle body you can just disconnect it from the intake pipe and stuff and then take a rag and use some carb cleaner and wipe it. Or you can unbolt the whole thing and take it out and do it. I just took out my intake pipe and disconnected the cables and did it like that and then did a complete reset including ECU, paddle, air volume etc....
If you just want to try the reset then do it a few times as it is really hard to make sure you got it right if your rpm is already normal. When you clean it will be revving higher and once you got it right you will know because it will go down back to normal.
