I have an 06 5AT Coupe and I get between 350-400 miles per tank. Just keep up on the maintenance and take it easy on the gas pedal. With work commutes, I usually don't rev it above 3000 RPMs. I'd say my commute is 50/50 highway to city. Oh, and keep that air pressure up in the tires!

A few months after i got my 04 coupe(I think a granny owned it) I used to get 320-350 per tank before the light turn on. Then my cats went bad, then I unplug the battery cable for about 30 mins.

Now I get 220-250 per tank before the light turns on. I have art pipe now and this weekend I'm going to install xyz pipe with res....

i might have a lazy oxygen sensors, it's a 04 so I think it's time to change them out. Maybe y'all should too for people with bad gas mileage?

Driving about 90% city here in Chicago... my light usually turns on with about 240-250 miles. I usually fill up just before 260. It's pretty frustrating coming from a car that can do 400 miles city. :\

So does that sound right as far as mpg go or should I b checking stuff in my car? Air filter and oil were changed at the end of summer. Always fill up with shell premium.
Yeah get your car checked out cause if your at quarter a tank after 160 miles something is wrong...so your basically getting 200 miles on a full tank.......this is where I'm at after 170 miles on a full tank...Name: 1327230949.jpg

i aim for 300 miles at a quarter tank left, i get that fairly often, but when i drive all city yeaaa no more than 270 at a quarter tank left. when i drove down to LA once i was almost getting 30mpg. my cruising range + what i drove was like 500miles

when I first bought the G in Chicago I was driving back to MN and got about 420 on a tank. this was heaven to me since I just traded in a Jeep Wrangler on it, and the Jeep got about 12mpg...

Now i see about 320-350 a tank with about 50/50 city and highway driving, but I also tend to get heavy on the throttle.

i can get over 350 miles on a full tank if i'm taking it easy in my 05 AT. i've never ran it completely empty tho. i have driven a little ways with the gas light on and fill up at around 360ish and that's on regular fuel. i'd like to run it all the way down. i bet i could get approx 400. i can't remember if premium made a difference in mpg or not. if i'm driving spirited i get approx 300...ish.

Any ideas where to start. Tire pressure is around 31 I think. In the end of summer i started my 60k service with oil, trans, diff, ps fluid, air filter, cabin filter change.

y'all might have lazy oxygen sensors if y'all haven't change them out yet. That is the biggest thing that will eat up gas.....

All good stuff there. I have no idea why you're getting low miles. It's maybe the gas your using. What are you using ?

If you're going to get it let us know if it improved your mpg or not.
