Some of these sub-300 mile per tank numbers are staggering. I regularly get around 380 miles on 17 gallons and on my last tank hit 401. My driving is about 60-40 highway.

I was right at 350 miles when the light came on last week. Took almost 17 gallons to fill it up. That was mostly city driving with one 65 mile highway trip.

2005 G35 Sedan 6MT

In typical day-to-day driving I shift around 3,000-3,500.

350 miles / 16.8 gallons = 20.8 MPG. Easy on the right foot.

My fuel gauge at roughly half a tank. Trip was reset when I filled up.

Last fill was 343.5 / 15.6 gal = 22 MPG. Usually I'm closer to 21

I do almost all city driving and I'm getting over 300 on each tank. (I fill when the light comes on). For highway, right about 400 miles.

That is for a 05 coupe and it is common for me to shift high and drive like an idiot.

I did nearly 1,000 miles round trip to the dragon and back. Averaged 24.9 MPG for the trip. Highway was almost exclusively 75+ MPH.

I just got back to MN from Miami and I averaged around 24 mpg and was getting around 400 miles per tank. Driving on the tail of the dragon sure killed my mpg while we were in TN/NC

I'm at just over 300 miles and still have just over a 1/4 tank left. That's with 70 % city driving and mine is the AWD Sedan..not the lighter more gas conserving coupe.
